01 Agreeing to These Terms

03 Creating Your Account

• Your account details, including the name you registered with, are strictly personal. They cannot be transferred, sold, or handed over to another person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits and Payment Options

JL18 supports deposits through GCash, Maya, and Rocket. All deposits are handled in Philippine Pesos (PHP), and there's no service fee from JL18 for standard deposits. Just keep in mind that your mobile banking provider might still charge their own processing fee.

Most deposit transactions reflect in your JL18 account almost instantly. If your deposit doesn't show up within 15 minutes, message our support team with your transaction reference number so we can look into it. JL18 can't take responsibility for delays caused by your mobile banking provider.

• A deposit of at least ₱100 is required.
• Deposits must originate from a mobile banking account that carries your own registered name. Using someone else's account to fund your JL18 account is not allowed.
• JL18 doesn't accept deposits from third-party accounts, and we also don't process deposits made on behalf of other players. Every deposit should come from the account holder themselves.
• JL18 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts, especially when responsible gaming measures are necessary. These limits help keep gaming within safe boundaries.
• Not every mistaken deposit can be reversed. If you ever deposit the wrong amount or the wrong account, contact support right away for assistance.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent to GCash, Maya, or Rocket accounts registered under the same name as your JL18 account. Most withdrawal requests are completed within five minutes, any day of the week. This is one of the core commitments JL18 makes to every player, and we take that promise seriously.

Before you make your first withdrawal, JL18 may ask you to complete identity verification. This step is standard and helps keep your account safe from unauthorized withdrawals. You may need to submit a copy of your national ID or another government-issued ID.

• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to an account that carries your own name — no exceptions.
• JL18 does not charge any fee for standard withdrawal transactions.
• Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements stated in Section 7 before they can be withdrawn.
• JL18 may hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours when extra verification is needed.
• We will not process withdrawals for accounts flagged for suspicious activity.

06 Betting Rules and Guidelines

All bets placed on JL18 are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. These rules are displayed inside each betting market and on each game page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

JL18 may void any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction. In such cases, your stake will be returned to your account. JL18 also reserves the right to set a maximum stake on any market at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final — it cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of that market.
• JL18's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
• The minimum bet amount is ₱10 across most markets.
• Keep in mind that JL18 may place a ceiling on the maximum amount you can win from a single wager. The exact limit is always displayed inside the specific market you are viewing, so give it a quick check before you lock in your bet.
• There are instances where JL18 decides to limit or block betting access on certain markets for individual accounts. This is entirely at the platform's discretion, meaning it may happen without any prior announcement.

07 Bonuses and Promos

From time to time, JL18 runs bonuses and promos for both brand-new players and returning ones. Just remember, every offer comes with its own set of rules — wagering requirements, expiry dates, and which games count toward the playthrough. Those details are published together with each promotion, and once you opt in, they automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions.

In plain language, wagering requirements tell you how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if a bonus comes with a 10x playthrough requirement, you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is allowed.

• Whenever a bonus lands on your JL18 account, it sits in a separate bonus balance. That balance cannot be cashed out until you have fully satisfied the wagering requirements tied to it.
• In most cases, you may only run one active bonus at a time on JL18. If a particular promotion allows otherwise, it will be clearly stated in that promo's own terms.
• JL18 holds the right to remove or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and we may do so without giving prior notice. So if a promo disappears all of a sudden, that's within the platform's rights.
• Bonuses that are claimed through fraudulent methods — including signing up for multiple accounts — will be forfeited right away. JL18 does not entertain any form of abuse when it comes to bonuses.
• When you are playing with an active bonus balance, JL18 may set a maximum bet limit for your gameplay. This limit is spelled out in the bonus terms, so be sure to read them carefully before you start.
• Every bonus has a time limit. If you don't complete the wagering requirements within the stated period, the bonus expires, and you lose the chance to use it any further.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 What You Cannot Do

There are certain actions that we absolutely do not allow on JL18. If you get caught doing any of the things listed below, we will suspend your account right away, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and we may also report the incident to the proper authorities.

• Creating or holding more than one JL18 account is not allowed.
• Giving fake, incomplete, or misleading details when you sign up or go through verification.
• Using bots, automated tools, or any kind of script to interact with the platform is strictly off-limits.
• Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or security loopholes in the software to get an unfair edge is a serious violation.
• Teaming up or coordinating with other players to rig game results or betting markets is not tolerated.
• Using JL18 to launder money or carry out any other illegal financial schemes is a clear breach of our rules.
• Trying to log into someone else’s account without their permission is strictly forbidden.
• Placing wagers for another individual, such as a friend or family member, using your own JL18 account is completely prohibited.
• Taking part in any type of match-fixing, game rigging, or any other way of manipulating the outcome of a sports event is a serious offense.
• Any form of harassment, threatening words or actions, or abusive treatment directed toward JL18 support staff, team members, or other players will be taken seriously.

10 Account Deactivation and Termination

JL18 has the full right to suspend or permanently close any player's account at any given time, whether we give prior notice or not. This applies when we have valid reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, taken part in forbidden activities, or otherwise poses a risk to the stability and fairness of the platform.

If your account is placed under suspension, you will be informed through the email address registered under your JL18 account. In many cases, you will be given an opportunity to respond to the reason behind the suspension before the final decision is reached. However, for serious violations such as fraud, money laundering, or the use of bots, the account may be closed right away without any prior notice.

• If you wish to stop using the platform, you can close your JL18 account any time you want simply by reaching out to our support team.
• When you voluntarily close your account, any remaining cash balance that came from real money will be returned to the payment method you registered with.
• Any bonus credits that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements will be forfeited and will not be returned when your account is closed.
• For accounts that were closed due to a violation of these terms, whatever balance remains in the account will not be returned or refunded.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on the JL18 platform, which includes but is not limited to the site design, logos, images, game interfaces, text, and software, is considered the intellectual property of JL18 or its licensed content providers. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, remix, or create derivative works from any JL18 content unless you have received explicit written authorization from us.

12 Limits on Liability

JL18 gives you access to the platform exactly as it is. We work hard to keep things running smoothly and to provide reliable links, but there is no guarantee that the site will be online 24/7 or completely free of technical issues. If downtime, system errors, or service interruptions cause any loss, JL18 cannot be held responsible.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JL18's total responsibility to any player for any claim related to using the platform is capped at the total amount that player deposited in the 30 days before the claim was made. Additionally, JL18 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws that apply in JL18's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that comes out of these Terms or your use of the JL18 platform will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

If a court with proper jurisdiction rules that a part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will remain in full force. The invalid part will be changed just enough to make it work within the law.
